There were two other regiments of the Landesschützen, later renamed Kaiserschützen, but Regiment I is the choice for this unit. On a case by case basis, impressions could also be tailored to portray the other two Regiments. This unit is parented by kukreenactment.net , and both are administered by Nathan Weisskopf. If you so chose, you can be a registered member of just this unit, but personally I would recommend being on the KuKReenactment mailing list, as not all events will be attended as the First Kaiserschützen. This unit is an excellent choice for those seeking a unique impression in the First World War. It is also a great choice if you enjoy the outdoors or hiking, as we will plan hikes in the mountains we have access to, largely the Appalachians, but perhaps one day we could head out West or even take a visit to Austria proper.
